Once you book with us, you’ll receive access to your customized Notion Client Portal — your all-in-one space for everything from planning to delivery. It’s designed to keep you organized and stress-free, with checklists, guides, and forms that walk you through each phase.
Onboarding (7-14 days after booking) – You’ll receive a welcome email with your personalized portal link and a short questionnaire to help us understand your aesthetic, priorities, and vision.
Vision Call (6 Months Before) – Around this time, you’ll likely have a clearer idea of your wedding flow: from the ceremony to those in-between moments and small activities you’re planning. We’ll hop on a call to chat through your shot list.
Venue Visit/Virtual Tour (If Needed) – If we haven’t captured your venue before, we’ll plan a quick visit around 3 months before your wedding to familiarize ourselves with the space and lighting.
Final Touchpoint (3 Weeks Before) – We’ll reconnect via email to share your finalized photo + video timeline and confirm that everything looks perfect before your big day.
Post-Wedding Delivery – Once your wedding day is complete, you’ll receive delivery updates through your portal — along with notes and guidance on how to view, download, and relive your gallery and film.

Pepita is our most popular choice: a cinematic highlight film paired with a full ceremony edit.
Dante is the premium option for couples who want everything preserved, compiled into one immersive documentary film
If full documentary coverage beyond the ceremony is important to you, Dante may be the right fit.
That said, there’s no rush — you’re welcome to begin with Pepita and upgrade to Dante anytime up to 3 months before your wedding day. -
We know how exciting it is to relive your day, so we share everything in thoughtful stages rather than all at once.
Photography
You’ll receive a small sneak peek within 2 days of your wedding. Your full photo gallery is delivered within 5–6 weeks.Cinematography
Your trailer film arrives within 14 days.
Your highlight film is delivered within 2–3 months.
If you’ve added an extended compilation film, delivery is 3–6 months.If you choose to add Super 8 film or film photography, delivery timelines may be slightly longer due to film shipping and processing. We’ll always keep you updated along the way.

Super 8 Film
Super 8 is $500 per roll, with each roll capturing approximately 3 minutes of footage.
You’ll receive a separate Super 8 edit that’s about 2–3 minutes long, and you also have the option to have it thoughtfully woven into your final highlight film.Film Photography
Film photography is $100 per roll, with each roll capturing approximately 30 images.
All costs for film, shipping, and developing are included.If you’d like to receive the physical film rolls and/or prints, those can be added on for an additional cost.
